Stained Glass Installation

We offer several options for your unique window. Your designer will help explain each of these to you in reference your own home, and we can help you make the best decision for your new windows. Here are our installation options:

• • Bonding: This is our most common method for stained glass installation. We will build your stained glass to fit perfectly inside of your existing window. Then, we will bond the stained glass to the inside of your window, creating an air-tight seal and protect the new piece from any outside weather damage.
  • New single or double pane: Many of our clients want stained glass added to a window where the existing glass is damaged in some way. While we do not replace any of the framework, we can offer a replacement single or double pane glass to go in front of your stained glass window. We never install leaded glass alone, without a tempered piece on the outside, because it can be damaged by weather over time.
  • Sealing: For this method, we actually seal your stained glass piece inside of a double pane window. This protects the stained glass from moisture both inside and out, so it is a common option for bathroom windows. It also effectively creates a triple pane window, so it is an efficient option as well!
