When you contact us to design and build stained glass for your home or office, your stained glass will be built locally by our specially trained artisans close to home. Although we are a part of the largest stained glass studio of its kind in the nation, we like to offer our clients as personalized service as possible, and that means local designers and local craftsmen.
Although we do source our glass from the best manufacturers around the world, everything else is locally done. Here’s how our process works. First, we will send on of our designers to your home or office for a free consultation. The usual outcome of this meeting is a custom designed pattern for stained glass to fit the windows you’ve chosen. In the style and colors you’ve chosen, as well. You might choose an already existing pattern from a photo, or work with our designer to create something brand new.
Once the design is finalized, measured, and sketched out, we swing into action in our offices. The pattern or blueprint for your Kansas City Stained Glass panels will be rendered using CAD software. The materials will be ordered. And once the CAD pattern is approved, it all goes to the builder. Each window is fully constructed by hand, by one local artisan. That includes each piece of glass, cut by hand to the exact size specified in the pattern. It also includes hand cutting each of the little lead strips that hold all the glass pieces together.
Once the entire stained glass panel is constructed, it will be polished to a beautiful luster, and then installed in your home for you to enjoy for generations.

Martin Faith is from Glasgow, Scotland, the stained glass capital of the world. Martin has been practicing the art of making stained glass windows for over thirty years and is a collector of antique works. His excellent craftmanship and extensive knowledge of the art form, including the required techniques for glassmaking, styles, and history of stained glass make him an expert in his field. Martin owns one of the largest stained glass window studios in the country. The company specializes in stained glass repair and restoration, religious stained glass, commercial stained glass, and custom residential stained and leaded glass. Together, Martin and his team have created hundreds of stained glass windows for homes and buildings in the Kansas City area.
